I travel often to Quebec City, it's my favorite place! I typically carry a good digital Nikon; knowing that the Old City is always just a moment or two away from a great photographic opportunity.
For me, it's all about color, light and the frame building a mood. The stronger the mood, the stronger the immage ...in my estimation.
